Digital Photography Poster
There are two assignments for this project.
Assignment 1 - 4 photo Digital Photo Poster - Click here for directions. Choose your 4 best photos or projects to fill into the 4 boxes. If you choose a project you will need to make sure you have a copy saved as a jpeg to load into the template. The template is located on the V:/>Digital Photography Thomas 2018>4PhotoPosterTemplate.psd
Assignment 2 - You will create 2 different posters. Choose 2 of your best photos or projects, they cannot be the same ones that were used in assignment 1. Follow the directions below.

Go to Image>Canvas Size

Click the Relative box
Set the Width and Height to 1 inch
Choose White for the Canvas extension color
Click the Relative box
Set the Width and Height to 1 inch

Go to Image>Canvas size again
Make sure the Relative box is checked.
Click in the top middle box
Set the Height to 1 inch
Make sure the Canvas extension color is white
Go to Image>Canvas size again

Go to Window>Character to bring up the font palette
Select the Type Tool
Type out your first and last name along with Photography

Once you have typed out your name and photography, select the font you would like to use.
Make sure it is smaller than the edges of your photo.
Then use the tracking to space out the individual letters to give the poster more of a professional look.
