Portrait Project
Part 1
Portrait photography or portraiture is photography of a person or group of people that displays the expression, personality, and mood of the subject. Like other types of portraiture, the focus of the photograph is usually the person's face, although the entire body and the background or context may be included.
Use the Internet to find two of the selected Photographers below, one famous and one contemporary, who focused on portrait photography. Find 2 total school appropriate photos one from each of two categories (copy and paste your chosen photos into Word document) and answer the Portrait Photography questions handout. Print these out when you are finished and turn into me.

Take at least 20 photos of yourself at home or in school (use phone or camera) or partner up and do this at school if you wish.

Now, use Picmonkey and create a collage of your different selfies. Highlighting different poses and emotions.

FINISHING AND SAVING
When you are finished. Select the Export button along the top menu, and then the Export to your computer button on the bottom left. Save your collage to your Z:/ first, so that you have a copy of it.
